Precision instrumentation used for water monitoring
Smart water management

Why it matters now

Regulators now watch your water in real time.

Highly polluting industries must stream effluent and emission data to pollution control boards, and groundwater users must meter and report what they draw. Cities lose a large share of treated water before it reaches a tap. Reliable data is now both a legal duty and a saving.

Challenge and response

Where monitoring projects usually fail.

  1. 01
    The challenge

Analysers drift and send false breach alerts.

    How we solve it

Calibration against our NABL lab results and scheduled servicing.

  2. 02
    The challenge

Data does not reach the CPCB or SPCB server.

    How we solve it

Tested connectivity, data loggers and uptime reports.

  3. 03
    The challenge

Groundwater permits demand meters and piezometers.

    How we solve it

CGWA compliant flow meters, DWLR piezometers and telemetry.

  4. 04
    The challenge

Operators dose chemicals by hand and by guess.

    How we solve it

PLC control and automatic dosing linked to live readings.

Built for the sectors that depend on it.

  • 17 highly polluting industry categories
  • Groundwater users with CGWA NOC
  • Municipal utilities
  • Industrial parks and CETPs
  • Hotels and campuses

Why Rispri

One accountable partner, from lab bench to running plant.

Lab and engineering under one roof

Our accredited laboratory tests the water, sizes the process and verifies results after start-up. No hand-offs between vendors.

1,500+ plants and projects

Designs proven on real sites since 1999, from compact STPs for hotels to industrial ETP, RO and ZLD systems.

Compliance built in

We design to CPCB and SPCB limits with margin, and plan for OCEMS, CGWA and reuse rules from the first drawing.

We stay after handover

Chemicals, genuine spares, operator training and O&M contracts keep the plant performing for years.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Which industries must install OCEMS?

Units in the 17 highly polluting categories, including distilleries, sugar, textiles, pulp and paper, tanneries, pharmaceuticals, cement, power and steel, and common treatment facilities. Your consent order lists the exact parameters.

What does CGWA require for groundwater monitoring?

It depends on how much you draw. Larger users need piezometers with digital water level recorders and telemetry, and a digital flow meter with telemetry on every borewell. Calibration is required every year.

Can you connect existing instruments to the CPCB server?

Often yes. We check the analyser, add a compliant data logger and test connectivity. If an instrument cannot meet the guidelines we recommend a replacement.
