Program Overview
Our most-enrolled internship, and for good reason: it's a 30-day rotation across three lab disciplines: physico-chemical water testing, soil analysis, and coliform microbiology, the exact combination most environmental testing labs hire against. You'll build a portfolio of real reports across all three, not just one narrow skill.
Testing Parameters & Curriculum
- Water: Temperature, Colour, pH, Conductivity, Turbidity, TSS, TDS, Hardness, Alkalinity, Chloride, Sulphate, Phosphate, Nitrate
- Microbiology: E. Coli & Total Coliform
- Soil: pH, Conductivity, Hardness, Calcium, Alkalinity, Chloride

Outcome & Career Path
Qualifies you for Environmental Analyst and Lab QA roles. The cross-disciplinary skill set (water, soil, and microbiology in one certificate) is what most testing labs and QA teams screen for when hiring at the entry level.
